James is an analyst in Javelin’s Digital Banking practice. He tracks and anticipates trends in digital banking, measures how banks and vendors match up against their rivals, and evaluates digital satisfaction at large banks for Javelin’s Digital Banking Benchmarking. His areas of interest include human psychology, gamification, customer loyalty, client centricity, virtual currencies, and competitive analyses.
Before joining Javelin, James was a Digital Advisory Associate at Morgan Stanley, helping to formulate digital strategy and implement digital tools. James earned his BSc. in Neuroscience from the University of Nottingham, UK, and a combined MBA from the University of Surrey, UK, and the Reims Management School, France.
