Monomita is a Sr. Analyst in the Custom Research and Operations team at Javelin strategy & Research. She has 10+ years of experience in both qualitative and quantitative market research. Prior to Javelin, Monomita has worked at several market research supplier companies in the US and at Kantar in India. She has extensive experience in quantitative research focusing on research design and analysis delivering insights that empower client decisions. She has managed a wide array of projects namely new product development, market adaptation, attitude and usage, brand reputation, ad effectiveness and consumer journeys that span multiple industries including consumer goods, media, insurance and the financial industry.
She has a Masters in Marketing Research from Michigan State University and a Masters in Luxury Brand Management from Domus Academy, Milan, Italy.
