Sarah is a Research Manager t for Javelin’s Custom Research & Operations team. Specializing in the design and interpretation of quantitative and qualitative research, she devises and applies creative methodologies to address questions from clients in the financial services and technology industries.
She routinely co-authors reports on a variety of salient topics in financial services, such as fraud and security trends, and emerging payment methods and channels. She contributes advanced statistical models including market size and valuation, ROI, consumer profiling, price elasticity, and predictive analysis.
Sarah administrates the research process from methodology development through analysis, and trains and supervises both internal teams and vendors to ensure quality execution of data collection and processing. She provides clients with accessible and meaningful findings, implications, and recommendations emerging from their research.
Her quantitative and qualitative analysis have been cited in a range of publications including American Banker, CNBC, CNN Money, Fox News, NBC, The New York Times, The Washington Post, The Wall Street Journal and others.
Sarah holds a Masters of Arts in International Policy Studies from the Monterey Institute of International Studies, with a specialization in Security and Economics, and a strong focus on quantitative methodology.
